How to Cancel a subscription

To quit your subscription, based on the platform you start your subscription, there's a specific guide. Here you can find the steps.

Cancel a Subscription paid via the Website & Desktop App

Please provide us with one of the following information:

  • The email that you entered when processing the payment. Normally, Paddle will send the payment invoice to this email when you complete a payment.

  • The order ID (a.k.a. The receipt #) is mentioned in the invoice sent to you by Paddle.

Send one of these information to the in-app chatbox or at our email contact@habitify.me. We will cancel your subscription for you within 24 hours.

Cancel a Subscription paid on Phone App

If you started your subscription on iOS or Android app, you have to follow the steps required by Apple or Google to cancel your subscription.

For iOS users

  1. On your iOS device, open the Settings app.

  2. Tap on your name.

  3. Tap Subscriptions.

  4. Tap on the Habitify subscription.

  5. Tap Cancel Subscription.

You might need to scroll down to find the Cancel Subscription button. If there is no Cancel button or you see an expiration message in red text, the subscription is already canceled.

For Android users

  1. On your Android device, go to subscriptions in Google Play.

  2. Select the subscription you want to cancel.

  3. Tap Cancel subscription.

  4. Follow the instructions.

Why still get Charged after cancellation?

If you still get charged, it is more accurate that you still have an active subscription to Habitify Premium. Please note that:

  • Deleting your account is not equivalent to canceling your subscription, regardless of which platform you start your Premium membership on. You must take a separate action to cancel your subscription.

  • Upgrading to Lifetime is not equivalent to automatically canceling a monthly or annual subscription. You must cancel your renewal plan before purchasing the Lifetime one to ensure you won't be double charged.

  • The service provider should email you to confirm every cancellation. If you don't receive one, don't hesitate to contact us for further support.

Refunds are typically processed after cancellation if eligible. Refund timelines may vary depending on the platform and payment method. For further details, see: Request a refund.
