For monthly or annual subscriptions purchased via the phone app, you can follow the guide by Google or Apple to change your type of subscription.

For subscriptions paid via the website app, please provide us with the information about your subscription (such as any payment invoices) via the in-app chatbox. We will support you for further steps.
How to Switch to Lifetime Plan
To switch to a Lifetime subscription, follow these steps:
Cancel the Automatic Renewal: First, cancel the next payment of your current subscription to prevent it from auto-renewing.
Wait for the Expiration Date: Allow your current subscription to expire fully. This ensures you avoid overlapping payment periods.
Re-subscribe with the Lifetime Plan: Once your subscription has expired, you can purchase the Lifetime subscription plan.
During the transition to new subscription, your habits and previous achievements are safe.
