Mood score
In the Progress tab, we provide a trend chart to show your mood pattern throughout the time range. We have marked the 5 moods with 5 values:
Terrible equals 1;
Bad equals 2;
Okay, equals 3;
Good equals 4;
Excellent equals 5.
The score for each day is the average score of all your mood logs on that day. Holding onto a data point on the chart shows the average mood score for a specific day. If there's a dotted line on the chart, it means you didn't log any mood on that day.
Overall mood
The overall mood you get in the selected time range is also calculated.
The overall mood score is the average score on all the mood logs you have.
For example:
You log 3 Terrible moods, 1 Good mood, and 2 Excellent moods.
Overall mood score = (3 * 1 + 1 * 4 + 2 * 5) / 6 = 3 (Okay mood)
Based on the overall mood score, your overall mood will be determined:
0 = Ovrall mood score < 2 : Overall mood = Terreble
2 <= Overall mood score < 3: Overall mood = Bad
3 <= Overall mood score < 4: Overall mood = Okay
4 <= Overall mood score < 5: Overall mood = Good
Overall mood score = 5: Overall mood = Excellent
