Because each personalized caseback is custom-designed, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for personalized watches.
If there was a mistake or defect with the final piece you received, please contact us within 30 days of shipping. Our team will review your case and make it right. We also offer a five-year limited warranty on all Hampden watches.
