Key changes to navigating HandsHQ RAMS Projects
We recently gave HandsHQ RAMS a facelift! With lots of new functionality added, a few things have moved, and a lot has been added - here are the main changes.
The key changes and additions are:
Filter documents
Filter the list to show, e.g. RAMS written by one user, or show all unapproved future RAMS
Sort documents
Organise the list in ascending/descending order for any column
Folders: group and organise RAMS
A much-awaited update - group your RAMS together any way you want!
Full width and resizable columns
More space for your project names!
Column manager
Add/ remove column options to the table: E.g. creator name, dates, signature status
Add custom project details fields as columns (for custom template customers only)
Export button: now is nested within the column manager
Searching: two new options
Detailed RAMS search: name, client, reference
Folder and RAMS search
Archive
It has moved (just a little to the left)
Mass select and action documents
Group into folders
Mass archive - make spring cleaning a breeze!

Note: the available fields depend on your feature set and template (e.g. if you don't have digital signatures, you can't filter by signature status)
