Summary: if you have access, the CPP division is located in the top-left division dropdown menu. Make sure you're in the right division before you create a project!
If you are on our Pro Annual or Enterprise plan, you can request access to the HandsHQ CPP division. Once set up, there will be a dropdown menu on the top left-hand side of the account when you log in. Simply click on it and select the CPP option as shown above.
🚨 Note: make sure you're in the right division before starting a new project. Projects cannot be moved between divisions once created.
Why can't I see the dropdown menu?
If you are on our Pro Annual or Enterprise plan and cannot see the dropdown menu, this may be because you do not have access to the CPP division, or it hasn't been set up yet.

🚨 Note: the CPP division needs to be manually set up on request by our support team. Please allow one working day for this to be completed.
Basic, Advanced and Pro Monthly Customers
The CPP division is only available on our Pro Annual package or above. If you are on Basic or Advanced Annual packages, you will need to upgrade to the Pro Annual package. This is not available on our Pro Monthly package - you will need to upgrade to Pro Annual.
