You can search in the HandsHQ COSHH library by substance name, reference number or manufacturer.
You might call a product by a slightly different name, please try searching by the manufacturer, or reach out to us below.
Can't find what you're looking for?
Our COSHH database has over 10,000 substances, but on the rare occasion we don't have what you need, you can send us the safety data sheet for the substance, and we'll add it.
Tips for when requesting a new product
Safety data sheet: this is different from the technical or material data sheet - we strictly need the safety data sheet (SDS) to produce a COSHH assessment (and nothing else!)
From the manufacturer: the best place to get the SDS is directly from your supplier or manufacturer - check their website or contact them directly
Up to date: try to find the latest version of the SDS, ideally dated within the last 5 years
PDF: ideally, we prefer a readable PDF format - please avoid Word, Excel or scanned images
Is COSHH needed? If the substance is actually not classified as hazardous, you most likely do not need to produce a COSHH assessment for it. Read more here
