Risk Register: Navigating the Risk Register Page

The Risk Register Page is at the heart of managing your company's risk assessments. As such, it is important to familiarise yourself with it.

This guide focuses on the features unique to Risk Register. The Risk Register Page also contains our Content Editing functionality which allows you to edit the default content in your Content Library. For information on how to use this feature please see our Content Editing guide.

1) Risk Register tab

Click here to go to the Risk Register Page and bring up the display shown above.

2) Downloaded selected risk assessment/s

You can select specific (see 6) risk assessment/s and then download them in PDF format by clicking on 'Download selected'.

3) Download all

This will download all the current risk assessments in PDF format.

4) List of Categories

When you go to your Risk Register Page, you will see all your company's Categories listed.

To expand a Category, click on the ^ arrow next to the Category name. This will reveal the risk assessments within the Category.

Click on the ^ arrow again to reduce the Category and hide the risk assessments again.

5) Category status

The coloured dot in line with the Category name indicates the overall review status of the risk assessments within that Category.

6) Select risk assessments 

Click the checkbox next to a risk assessment to select it. You can select multiple risk assessments but they will only stay selected for as long as you remain on this page.

7) Risk assessment reference

If you choose to assign a reference to a risk assessment, it will be displayed here.

8) Risk assessment status

The coloured dot in line with the risk assessment indicates the review status of that risk assessment

9) Review date

This indicates the allocated next review date for that risk assessment. Find out how to assign review dates to risk assessments here.

10) Assigned to

This is the person whom has been assigned responsibility for the reviewal of the risk assessment. Find out how to assign people to review risk assessments here.
