How do I change my subscription?

Change and manage your subscription in Settings > Billing

For customers paying by card (Basic, Advanced and Pro plans), you can manage your subscription plan and details in your account settings:


Upgrade your plan

You can manage and upgrade your subscription by navigating to:

Note: you must be the account holder to access this section.

You can see the different subscriptions and either upgrade or switch to an annual subscription.

Pro-rata upgrades

Just click Upgrade and the system will show you the pro-rata amount that you will pay, before confirming the change. This means you will pay the difference in price based on your new and current plans and how far along you are in the subscription cycle.

Save 15% with Annual billing

By switching to an annual payment plan, you will save 15%, and there is no monthly restriction on how many projects you can create. So if you have

Upgrade to Enterprise plans or Training Register

Please contact our team in the chat below or at help@handshq.com to discuss upgrading to a custom plan, or adding the Training register to your account.


Downgrade your plan

If you need to downgrade your subscription, please contact us in the chat below, or at help@handshq.com.

Please state which plan you'd like to change to and we'll confirm when we've processed the change for you.


Cancelling you subscription

To cancel your RAMS Basic, Advanced, or Pro plan, please go to Settings > Billing. More info on cancelling in this article.

If you want to cancel your Training register subscription paid by card, please get in touch with us in the chat below, or at help@handshq.com.

If you want to cancel your Enterprise RAMS or Training Register account, please contact your dedicated Customer Success Manager.
