HANDS HQ’s content is reviewed every 6 months (end of April and October) by our in-house Health and Safety consultant, in accordance with legislation changes.
This is to check that everything is up to date and in-keeping with the latest legislation and best practice. We publish all the changes made here and via our newsletter.
Basic, Advanced and Pro accounts
These changes are automatic for all HANDS HQ customers on our Basic, Advanced and Pro accounts.
Please note changes will only affect any new projects made.
Enterprise accounts: Content Editing
Some enterprise accounts have content editing enabled (a personalised library), which means content changes will not automatically be applied to your account.
If you're unsure whether your have content editing enabled or not, please contact customer support.
For customers with content editing we send out regular updates to discuss which updates you may wish to include in your library.
For enterprise customers without content editing, content changes are automatic.
