When sending projects from HandsHQ, emails and download pages carry HandsHQ branding and a 'Powered by HandsHQ' banner as standard.
For Basic, Advanced, Pro, this cannot be changed. If you're an Enterprise-level customer, please contact your account manager to discuss your package options.
Custom branding: change logo and colour in emails
With our new email feature, the recipient receives an email with a link directing them to a page where they can download your projects and training reports. This download page, and the email itself, can be customised to fit your company branding for a professional look.
For customers on our Enterprise plans, there is the option to customise the design of the download page to match your branding.
Go to the Settings tab
Navigate to the Projects section on the left > Customise project email downloads
Choose colours and logo to be used for both downloading pages and the emails
Save the changes
Remove 'Powered by HandsHQ'
If you are on our full Enterprise package, you'll also have the option to remove the 'Powered by HandsHQ' banner.
Simply follow the steps above and go to Settings > Projects > Customise project email downloads.
Untick the box for "Show 'Powered by HandsHQ'". Make sure to save the changes.
If the tick box is faded out and you cannot de-select it, this feature is disabled for your account. Please contact your account manager, or use the chat below.
