Why does the shipping status still show "Label Created"?

Before packing your order, we create the shipping label and you receive an automatic shipping confirmation via email.

There may be a slight delay if, for example, a sprinkle mix needs to be freshly producedIf there is a significant issue with your order, we will inform you via email. Please check your email account, including the spam folder.

If your order has not arrived 2–3 days after the average shipping time and you have not received any message from us, please email us at info@happysprinkles.com using the email address you provided with your order. Only then can we provide you with information.
