1. What is a subscription plan?
Subscription plans are packages offered by the professional through the platform that allow clients to access certain services, products, or content for a specific period of time in exchange for a recurring fee.
2. What are subscription plans used for?

Subscription plans allow businesses to receive payments on a regular basis (monthly, quarterly, annually, etc.), creating a stable and predictable income stream.Offer ongoing services:
They are ideal for businesses that provide recurring services, such as coaching, memberships, training programs, nutrition plans, and more.Build customer loyalty:
When clients subscribe to a plan, they tend to stay more engaged, which encourages a long-term relationship with the business.
3. Create a subscription plan
From the main menu, select the Business and Payments option.
Go to the Products section.
Click on Subscription Plans.
Then click the +Create Plan button in the top right corner.
3.1 Fill in the required plan fields
Plan Name: Enter a clear and descriptive title.
Description: Outline the services or benefits included in the plan.
Price: Specify the plan’s cost, currency, and applicable taxes if any.
More pricing options:
a) First month price (optional):
Set a base price for the first month. After the first month ends, the standard pricing will apply.
b) Trial period (optional):
Offer free days before the plan starts charging. You can define how many trial days to grant; no charges will be made during this period. The regular payment will start automatically once the trial ends.
Billing period configuration
a) Billing cycle start: Indicate when the renewal period is activated.
b) Frequency: Define how often the plan renews (monthly, quarterly, annually, etc.).
App visibility
a) Cover image: You can select or upload a cover image for the product, which will be visible to your client.
b) Visibility for my clients: You can choose the store visibility of the plan you’ve created.
Not visible: It will only be available if you manually send it to the client.
Visible to all clients: It will appear in your clients’ store, including archived clients, who will be able to purchase it again if they wish to reactivate and continue.
4. Add automations
Learn about the different automations you can use when creating your subscription plans and one-time payment products.
5. Add vouchers to the subscription plan
Add credits so your clients can book or redeem services included in their subscription plan. If you configure them in this section, clients will be able to start using them as soon as they purchase the plan.
5.1 Fill in the required voucher fields
Voucher name: e.g., 10-session Pilates pack
Description: e.g., In-person pack of 10 Pilates sessions
Number of sessions: Define the number of sessions included in the credit pack
Cover image: You can use an existing image or upload a custom one
Session type: You can specify the type of session for the credit pack. If you don’t find a suitable one, you can select “Create type” to add a new one.
Automatic renewal/expiration: You can enable credit renewal and set an expiration by selecting the corresponding option, which will display a dropdown menu with available settings.
5.2 Set up credit renewal in the subscription plan
Select the “Automatic renewal” option.
Then, fill in the required fields:
