To continue supporting our community on this journey and to keep building an even more comprehensive tool, we have decided to raise subscription plan prices for the first time since 2020.

During this time, we realised that there are many, many types of professionals within health and fitness, varying by discipline (personal trainers, nutritionists, physiotherapists, yoga, etc.) and by business size. This has led us to rethink and find the most efficient way to structure our pricing, based on the stage your business is in.
With this in mind, we have designed three new ways to help you and tailor our value proposition to you. Starting from September 1, 2024, Harbiz will have 3 main subscription plans.

Similarly, each plan will be highly flexible, adapting as much as possible to the number of clients you manage.
From September 1, the plans will change as follows:

All these changes will also apply to annual plans, where a discount is applied for annual payments. The logic for upgrading and downgrading plans will remain the same.
If you have a current discount when the change takes effect, that discount will be applied to the new plan. In other words, you will not lose your discount.

Since you are new to Harbiz and started between July and August, we have decided to honor the price you activated for the next 6 months. Therefore, after 6 months from September 1st, your plan will adapt to the new pricing model we have implemented. This plan and its price will be subject to the number of customers you have on the platform at that time.

If you have an annual plan, the price change will occur on your next renewal date. For example, if you activated your annual plan in July 2024, the price change will occur in July 2025.

In your case, you will not experience a price change. Only the name of your subscription plan will change, but you will continue paying the same amount, whether monthly or annually.
