How to assign one-time payment products without Stripe

Now you can create and assign one-time payment products without needing a connected Stripe account. This allows all professionals to offer one-time payment products and bundles to their clients more flexibly.

🚨 Important: This option only applies to one-time payment products. If you want to create subscription plans, a connected Stripe account is required.

1. What changes with this update?

Previously, having a connected Stripe account was mandatory to create subscription plans or one-time payment products. Now, one-time payment products are available to all professionals, regardless of whether they have Stripe linked or not.

2. What can you do with one-time payment products?

  • Create one-time payment products and assign them to your clients.

  • Sell bundles and sessions without recurring subscriptions.

  • Include automations to streamline the management of these products.


3. Options to Assign a One-Time Payment Product Without Stripe

There are two ways to assign a one-time payment product to a client:

3.1 Option 1: From the "Business & Payments" Section

  1. Go to Business & Payments and navigate to the One-Time Payment Products section.

  2. Find the product you want to assign and click on the three dots (...).

  3. Select "Register Purchase."

  4. Search for and select the client to whom you want to assign the product.

  5. Fill in the payment details:

    • Payment method

    • Applicable taxes (if any)

    • Transaction date

  6. Click "Preview" to review the configuration and payment details. If everything is correct, click "Save."

You can send the payment receipt to the client immediately or at a later time.

3.2 Where to view manual One-Time Payment Records (Business Data Dashboard)

A receipt will be generated in the Business & Payments section under Payment Receipts > Receipts, where you can view:

  • Client's name

  • Payment method used

  • Assigned product


3.3 Option 2: From Client's profile

  1. Go to Clients > Client Profile and navigate to the Plan & Products section.

  2. Locate the Purchased Products section.

  3. Click on "(+) Register Purchase".

  4. Select the product you want to assign (it must be created beforehand).

  5. If you want to review the product's configuration, click "View Product" to check the details before assigning it.

  6. If everything looks good, click "Next".

  7. Fill in the payment details:

    • Payment method

    • Applicable taxes (if any)

    • Transaction date

    Click "Save & Register" to complete the assignment. ✅

3.4 Where to view manual One-Time Payment Records (From the Client's Profile)

Within the same Client Profile, go to Information > Business > Receipts, where you can view all registered transactions categorized as "One-Time Payment."


4. Check redeemed sessions

If the assigned one-time payment products include a sessions pack, you can track the sessions attended. These sessions will be automatically deducted, but you also have the option to manually redeem or adjust them.

In the Session pack management section, within Plan & Products, you can view:

  • The client’s active packs sessions

  • The history of redeemed sessions

No, you can create and assign one-time payment products without needing to connect a Stripe account. However, for subscription plans, having Stripe linked is mandatory.

How can my client receive the payment receipt?

When completing the purchase, you can send the payment receipt immediately or later from the "Business & Payments" > "Payment Receipts" > "Receipts" section.

What payment methods can I register when assigning a one-time payment product?

You can register various payment methods, including cash, bank transfer, Bizum, PayPal, or bank card.

Can I modify the information of a one-time payment after registering it?

Once a one-time payment is registered, its price and included taxes cannot be modified. However, you can edit the following details:

  • Name

  • Description

  • Visibility

Yes, you can set up automations to streamline the management of these products and enhance your clients' experience.
