✨New version: How to create and assign workout routines

In Harbiz, you can create personalized workouts using over 1,500 exercises available in the platform’s library. You’ll find options for various disciplines, from cardio and strength training to yoga and physiotherapy. Additionally, you can add your own exercises for greater customization.

1. Accessing the Workout Creation Tool

Go to Library in the main menu. Select Physical Activity > Workouts.


2. How to Create a Workout

To get started, click on +Create Workout.

2.1 Select the workout type

You can structure your workouts in two formats depending on the level of detail you need:

2.2 Complete the Content Fields

  • Name: (e.g., Lower body workout focused on glutes)

  • Description: Additional information

Click "Continue" to enter the workout creator ✅


2.3 Add Exercises

On the right side, you will find the exercise library. Simply drag the exercise into the workout creator box to add the exercises you need.

2.4 Define the Exercise Detail Fields

You can specify:

  • Series: Number of rounds the exercise will be repeated. (Example: 4 sets of squats)

  • Goals: Repetitions, time, or exercise intensity. (Example: 12 repetitions at RIR 2)

  • Rest: Pause time between sets or exercises. (Example: 45 seconds of rest between sets)

  • Instructions: Additional guidelines for proper exercise execution. (Example: Keep your back straight and engage your core at all times)


2.5 Additional Features (Supersets, Blocks, Rest Periods)

  • Blocks

    To add a block, click on +Add > Block. You can name the block and add a description.

  • Rest Periods

    To add a rest period, click on +Add > Rest. In the dropdown list, you can select the rest duration.

  • Supersets

To create a superset, select the exercises you want to group. Once selected, the "Superset" option will be enabled in the bottom menu. Click on it to apply the change and view the updated workout structure.


3. Actions on Exercises

  • Delete: To remove one or more exercises from the workout, select them and click on the Delete option in the bottom menu bar.

  • Undo: To revert a previously performed action, select the exercise(s) and click Undo to restore them.

  • Replace: To swap an exercise for another, select it and choose the Replace option, then click on the new exercise from the exercise library.

  • Details: Select the exercise and click Details to view information about the selected exercise.


4. How to add workouts to a program

After creating your workouts in the library, you can assign them by following these steps:

  1. Go to Library > Programs and create a new program or edit an existing one.

  2. Within the program, locate the day where you want to add the workout and click the (+) button.

  3. Click on "Workout".

  4. Select the workout you want to assign.

  5. Click Save to confirm.
