1. Email address for sending messages
You can specify an email address to be used for sending messages. If you leave this field empty, your account's default email address will be used instead.
2. Programming visibility
You can define how many days ahead clients can view their upcoming plans from the Harbiz app.
Client can see the entire programming
If you select this option, clients will be able to view everything you've planned for them without any date restrictions.
Client can only see a specific number of days
By enabling this option, you can specify how many days ahead clients are allowed to see.
For example, if you enter “7”, the client will only be able to see the programming scheduled for the next 7 days starting from the current day. Anything beyond that range will remain hidden until the date approaches.
3. Workout creation mode
This setting allows you to choose which workout creation mode will be selected by default when you start designing a training routine in Harbiz.
You have two options available:
Normal Mode
This is the full workout creation mode. It allows maximum customization of the routine, including series, blocks, supersets, goals, and rest times.
Simple Mode
This mode allows you to assign exercises, add a block for multiple notes, and include additional instructions. It’s perfect for those who prefer a faster or more straightforward planning process, while still being able to provide key guidance without setting too many parameters.
4. Library visibility
This setting allows you to decide whether Harbiz’s default library content will be visible when creating workouts.
Visible by default
You will be able to see both your own exercises and those from the Harbiz library when creating or editing a workout. This option makes predefined content easily accessible and can speed up the planning process.
Not visible by default
If you select this option, only the exercises you’ve created will be shown. In other words, Harbiz’s library content will be hidden by default, but it can still be manually activated if you wish to use it.
5. Print settings
This section allows you to define whether your clients can print the plans you assign to them, including both training and nutrition plans.
You have two configurable options:
Allow workout printing:
If enabled, clients will be able to download and print their workout routines directly from the app or the web.
Allow nutrition plan printing:
If enabled, clients will have the option to print the meal plans you’ve assigned to them.
If you disable either of these options, that functionality will no longer be available to your clients.
6. Notification settings
Client receives daily notifications with the day’s plan (7:30 AM)
When this option is enabled, clients will receive an automatic summary of their daily schedule every morning at 7:30 AM (including workouts, sessions, or assigned tasks). This helps them stay organized and engaged.
Receive an email when a subscription auto-renews
If enabled, you will receive an email notification every time a client's subscription plan is automatically renewed. This helps you keep better track of active subscriptions and their updates.
7. Automatic client archiving after subscription ends
If this option is enabled, the system will automatically move the client to an archived status as soon as their subscription ends. This means the client will lose access to their content, and you won’t need to manually update their status from their profile.
Why is this automation useful?
In addition to helping you manage active clients more efficiently, this setting is particularly useful in case of payment failures. For example:
If a client activates a subscription but there’s a payment error, the system will allow a 24-hour grace period to resolve the issue.
If the client doesn’t complete the payment within that time, the invoice will expire, and if this automation is active the client will be automatically archived, blocking their access to content.
