In the section Clients > List, you will see a column that gives you information about the status of your clients and their contracted plans. We show you the keys so that you can manage them efficiently.

  • Active: The contracted plan is active.

  • Pending start: You have submitted a payment plan but the service has yet to start.

  • Invited: You have sent an invitation to the customer but they do not yet have a contracted plan. They may not have accepted the invitation yet.

  • No access to the app: You have added this customer without inviting them to the app, but you will be able to invite them later to the app from the customer>Customer profile section.

  • Terminated: The subscription has ended.

  • Pending completion: The renewal has been cancelled by you or your customer. We show you the end date of the subscription.

  • Payment error: There was a problem with the payment of the last completed invoice. Stripe will automatically retry.

In this case, when an error has occurred in your customer's payment method, you can copy the payment link from the customer's profile, specifically in the 'Plans and Products' section, and send it to them.

  • Payment not completed: Failed subscription payment via Stripe. A successful payment must be made within 23 hours to activate the subscription. May also require an action such as customer authentication.

  • Expired payment: The initial subscription payment failed and no successful payment was made within 23 hours after the subscription was created.

  • Payment plan sent: You have sent a payment plan to that customer.

  • Usage tips for start plan:

You can set the plan starts in the subscription plan automation to start the billing cycle at the time of purchase or another date.

For customers who are pending start, you can go to customer profile>Information>Plan and products and start the service now. And this will start the plan renewal cycle date.
