How to link programs

Harbiz programs allow you to structure and plan training content or activities for your clients in an organized way, divided by weeks. With them, you can set up a detailed plan with all the tasks and exercises your clients need to complete each day, ensuring a seamless and uninterrupted experience.

Advantages of Linking Programs

The "Link Programs" feature allows you to connect one program to another, so that when one ends, the next one is automatically assigned to the client. This prevents interruptions and ensures continuity in their training or planned activities.

Example

Imagine you have a program called "Fit in January", which lasts 4 weeks. Instead of leaving the client without a structured plan once it ends, you can automatically start the "Active February" program. This way, the client doesn’t need to register or activate it manually.

💡 Tip: When the first program ends, the next one will be automatically added to their schedule, helping them stay consistent with their training.


How to Link a Program

To set up the automatic linking of programs, follow these steps:

  1. Create or edit the program you want to link (e.g., Program A - January).

  2. Go to the "Automations" section within the program settings and select "Configure".

  3. Enable the "Linked Programs" option to automatically connect one program to another.

  4. Select the program that should continue after the current one ends (e.g., Program B - February).

    • Make sure the next program is already created in the platform.

  5. Set client visibility, deciding how many days before the current program ends they will see the new program in their schedule.

  6. Save changes, and the system will handle the rest ✅.
