What does the Services section consist of?

โญThe services section provides a detailed and clear overview of the performance and quality of the service provided to customers. With this tool, you can assess customer satisfaction and service compliance, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization in each activity offered.

Metrics

Key data set reflecting the overall compliance level in the services provided.

Assigned Activities

This indicator shows the total number of activities assigned to customers during the selected period.

Average Compliance

Reflects the percentage of activities completed in relation to the activities assigned.

Session Attendance

Shows the average percentage of customer attendance at sessions, according to attendance records within the selected period.

Unreserved spots

Indicates the percentage of available spots in sessions that were not booked by customers during the selected period.

Discover how effective your clients are in completing assigned or booked activities.

This section will help you identify the activities that most motivate your clients and which ones they are most likely to complete. You will get a compliance percentage that represents the ratio between the total number of activities assigned per activity and the total number of activities completed by all clients.


This information includes all activities assigned by the account administrator and collaborators.

Average (%)
Shows the average between the total number of assigned activities and the total number of completed activities to provide an overall view of the compliance level.

Assigned
Indicates the total number of activities assigned to users during the selected period.

Completed
Displays the total number of activities that have been completed during the selected period.

Rating by activity type

This indicator collects all the ratings โญ that customers have submitted for each completed activity. Ratings can range from 1 to 5 stars and reflect the level of satisfaction or perceived quality of each activity.ย 

The average rating for each activity will help you identify which activities may need improvement in terms of service or attention.

Average - Total Activity Ratings
Shows the overall average rating of your services.

Average per Activity
Displays the average rating received for each activity.

Ratings
The total number of ratings received for each activity.
