If you receive the following error when logging into the Hauler Hero website 'An internal error occurred. ID: _______ -- Permission Denied for - > read, 101' (or small variation of) this could be due to one of two reasons.
1. Your internal user profile is set up as a Driver with Mobile App access only. This is the most common reason for seeing this error. If you have just been invited to Hauler Hero, you've confirmed your email and saved a password and you see this error on the website with a blank page, this indicates you do not have website access. Please log out of the website now that your profile is confirmed and log into the Hauler Hero mobile app on your Android Tablet.
2. If you are a user who has website access and is seeing the same error, this is due to a small permission setting.
Please ask your Admin to update the setting titled 'USER' to Full. This does not actually change any permissions, but will stop this error from continuing to pop up and be distracting.
