Select the gear icon in the upper right hand corner
Select Billing
Select Customer Billing Profiles
Select +ADD
Enter the profile name, Select the Cycle, Payment terms
Set Proration for Suspension & Rental Fees
Under the Suspensions heading, locate the Proration setting.
Choose your desired billing behavior:
Select ON to prorate the invoice. Customers will not be billed for the time their services are suspended.
Select OFF to bill customers for the full period, regardless of any service suspension.
Configure the Incomplete rental periods setting. Select ON to automatically invoice rental fees for on-request services (like roll-offs) on recurring billing cycles. Select OFF if you prefer to bill for these rental periods manually.
Configure the Service suspension setting. Select ON to continue invoicing rental fees even when a customer's services are suspended. Select OFF to stop billing for rental fees during the suspension period.
Click the Save button to apply your changes.
