Customer Portal Self Sign Up

No emailed invite link required

**Please note that customers can still sign up for the portal using the traditional methods of an emailed invite or from the Review & Pay link**

In order for your customers to sign up to the customer portal without an emailed invitation, they will need the following information:

  • Your unique portal link ( yourbusinessname.haulerhero.com )

  • Account Number

  • Invoice Number


Direct your customer to the portal website

Select the "Don't have an account? Create one now" button

Enter the Account Number & Invoice Number

(If your account numbers have a combination of letters & numbers, the entry box will recognize any type of entry. Example: HH-19669 / HH19669 / 19669)

Select Verify Account

If it's a match, the system will confirm and ask how the customer would like to sign up for the portal (what login will they use)

Single Sign-On (SSO) available for Microsoft, Gmail & Facebook or Email & Password combo


Recommendations:

To make it easier for your customers to access the correct website, we suggest adding your unique customer portal link in the invoice note section.

Add a sign-up option on your website. Include instructions for customers to create a portal account using their invoice and account numbers.
