You can send a bulk portal invitation to customers using the account group feature.
From the Default Aging Groups or any custom group, select the 3 dot menu, select send portal invite.
In the pop up, select INVITE ALL ACCOUNTS
These steps above will send an invitation to everyone in the account group selected. This action does not send an invitation to your entire customer list.
Follow the steps below if you want to send an invitation to all customers at once.
How to send a portal invitation to all customers in your database.
Start by creating a new account group - https://intercom.help/hauler-hero/en/articles/9683228-account-groups
Add All Accounts to the group (you can unselect deactivated if not applicable)
Select the 3 dot menu, select send portal invite.
This will send a bulk invitation to every customer in your database that has an email on file. The invitation is unique to each customer. If the customer already has an active portal matching the email on file, the customer will not receive an additional invitation.
