Activity history data is available as of the release of the new Configured Services 8/28/2025.
To view the activity history, select the 👁️ to the right of the service.
The activity history is specific to the service and will display in descending order.
The collapsed view includes:
Name of the User as well as their login email
Date & time
Each activity section can be expanded to view the exact action the user has done for that service (not including routing).
The activity history can be exported for each configured service
For larger activity histories, the search field allows you to search a specific action
