Service Locations

Overview of the Customer Services Tab

Updated yesterday

The Services tab in a customer's profile is the central hub for managing all service locations. This section has been redesigned to separate physical service addresses from the main account's billing information, providing a clearer and more efficient workflow. Here, you can view, add, and manage all locations where services are performed for a single customer account.

Service Locations Panel

On the left side of the screen, you'll find the Locations panel, which lists all service addresses associated with the customer account. This panel allows you to quickly navigate between different locations to view their specific services and details.

  • Active/Deactivated Tabs: Toggle between currently active service locations and those that have been deactivated.

  • Add Location: Use the + icon to add a new service location to the account.

  • Work Order & Service Icons: Hover over these icons to get a quick summary of upcoming work orders and active services for that location.

  • More Actions Menu: Click the three-dot icon to access a menu where you can edit location details, view contacts and notes, place the location on a vacation hold, or deactivate it.

  • Expand: View more details about the location, including pin, location contact, tags, etc

Managing and Viewing Locations

For accounts with many service locations, new tools have been added to help you find information quickly. You can now search, sort, and filter the list of locations to narrow down your view.

  • Search: Use the Search locations bar to find a location by its name or address.

  • Sort: Click the sort icon to arrange the list alphabetically by address name or full address, in ascending or descending order.

  • Filter: Use the filter icon to show only locations that match specific criteria, such as address, tags, or contacts.

Services and Work Order Details

When you select a location from the panel on the left, the main area of the page updates to display two key sections: Services and Work Orders.

  • The Services section lists all recurring or on-demand services for the selected location, including details like frequency, quantity, and cost.

  • The Work Order section shows a list view of the locations scheduled, making it easy to see when the next work order for that location is planned.

Tips for Using the Services Tab

  • To get a larger view of the services and routing calendar, click the collapse arrow to hide the Locations panel.

  • When a location is on a vacation hold, a special icon will appear next to the location name and in the customer header for easy identification.
