Open any Customer Profile and click the 4th tab: “Activity.”

📝 What It Tracks (as of 7/15/25)

The Activity Feed automatically logs updates to:

  • Account Name

  • Account Number

  • Billing Address

  • Account Status (Active / Inactive / Suspended)

  • Contacts (Added or removed)

  • Payment Terms

  • Account Representative
