Configured Service Display

Overview of how configured services display in Hauler Hero and how their configuration determines what information appears on customer accounts.

ADD NEW SERVICE:


DEACTIVATED SERVICES:

If you hide deactivated services, the system remembers the preference. They won't show again until show deactivated is selected. This is based on individual logins.


VIEW SERVICE DETAILS:

Click on the service name

Or select the 3 dots to the right of the service and select Edit Service to view the service details


EDIT SERVICE DETAILS:

Select Adjust Service in the upper right hand corner of the service details page


CONFIGURED SERVICES LIST VIEW:

Date range of current week displayed at the top

Date range can be adjusted. Click on the calendar icon and select a new range.

Method Icon (if saved in Pricing)

Day of week displayed in bold with the assigned route initial.

U indicates unassigned to a route


NOTES, TAGS & RENTAL FEES:

Notes & Rental fees now with hover view


ADVANCED DETAILS:


WORK ORDER LIST:

Location Name - If location is saved with a Location Name, the name will be displayed just below the Work Order number & service date

Price of service displayed on Work Order if On Request or Event Based

Full route name


WORK ORDER DETAILS:

SERVICED AT / SKIPPED ON - DATE & TIME STAMP

'Serviced' with no date/time stamp indicates the stop was marked completed from the website, not the mobile app.

EXCEPTIONS & PHOTOS -

Work Orders can be opened to a new tab. Use Ctrl + Click (Windows), Command + Click (Mac), Or right-click new tab to quickly access the work order details page.
