How to Track Changes to a Rental Period

Following these steps allows you to view a complete history of changes, including who made the update and when it occurred. You will need access to a customer's account and their Services tab.

  1. Navigate to the Services tab for the relevant customer account.

  2. Locate the specific rental service and click the Rental Fees icon.

  3. In the Rental fees window, locate the Rental period activity information icon.

  4. Click the Rental period activity icon to view a detailed history of all changes made to the rental period.
