Use Work Order Activity History to see what changed, who made the update, and when it happened—all from the Work Order details page.

Where to find Activity History

Activity History is located inside the Work Order details, just below the Work Order Notes section.

You can open the Work Order details from:

(click into the work order)

  • Customer Profile

  • Work Order Review

  • Route Manager


What we track in Work Order Activity History

Activity History captures updates made to the following Work Order fields and items:

  • Exceptions

  • Exception notes

  • Work order date

  • Work order action

  • Work order purchase order

  • Work order general fees

  • Work order status (driver and/or office status updates)

  • Work order notes

  • Disposal tickets attached to the work order

  • Work order invoice status, including:

    • Not ready for invoice → Ready for invoice → Invoiced


“Unknown User” entries (what that means)

If an activity entry shows Unknown User, it usually means one of the following:

  • The update occurred before activity history tracking was available, or

  • The update was made by a system automation (for example, bulk invoicing).
