Rolling Over Unfinished Routes

Move incomplete stops from an unfinished route to a new day.

If a driver has not serviced all the stops within their route on a given day, the incomplete (and 'In Process') stops can be rolled over to a new day.

Once the driver has notified office staff that they have wrapped up for the day, office staff must open the route manager for that day and scroll to the correct route.

The icons on the upper right corner of each stop within the route indicate the stops' status.

  • Green checkmark = Complete

  • Blue = In Process

  • Grey calendar = Incomplete

1. Click the 3 horizontal dots in the upper right corner of the route itself.

2. Select 'Bulk Move'

3. Click the calendar and select the date you'd like to move the stops to.

4. Select which route the stops should be assigned to in the drop down.

5. Designate the sequence position of the stops within the route.

6. Be sure to click the checkbox above the stops if you'd like to select all incomplete stops. Otherwise, only check the box next to the stops being carried over.

7. Click the green 'Move' button

8. Be sure to read the confirmation dialogue and click the blue 'Confirm' button once verified the move is correct.
