We are often asked if we (our Engineers) can see who the person who made a change to the customers profile is. The honest answer is that until we have the opportunity to implement a full activity feed, there is limited data.

From the Metabase report 'Account - Audit - Account and Portal Creation and Update Log' (if not already saved to your Metabase list, you can access this from default reports) you can see the last user who made an update to the account.

Please note that if the last "touch" on the account is batch@haulerhero this can indicate that the last touch was an email being sent from the account or a payment being applied.
