Updated over 10 months ago

If attempting to log into the Tablet you receive an invalid token error, we recommend clearing the Cache on the browser.

In the Chrome app

  1. On your Android phone or tablet, open the Chrome app

    Chrome
  2. At the top right, tap More

    More
  3. Tap History

    and then

    Clear browsing data.

  4. At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.

  5. Next to "Cookies and site data" and "Cached images and files," check the boxes.

  6. Tap Clear data.

If the steps above do not clear the token or 400 error we recommend clearing the storage.

Long hold the Hauler Hero app and select the information icon ⓘ

This will open the settings specific to the application

Scroll down to STORAGE

Select CLEAR DATA (not clear cache)

This will reset the data similarly to uninstalling and reinstalling, including clearing cache

When you reopen the app you will be prompted to select the location settings and login

We recommend that automatic updates are enabled. If they are not, please ensure that the app is running on the most recent update.

Another option to clear storage:

Clear an app’s data

  1. Navigate to and open Settings, and then swipe to and tap Apps.

  2. Search for and select the app you would like to clear.

  3. Tap Storage, and then tap Clear data.

  4. Tap Delete on the pop-up to confirm.
