Start by going to Settings (⚙️ gear icon in upper right corner) and select Billing > General.

Select the +ADD button to add a new cycle

Select 1 & Year for the cycle and save

After saving the new cycle, select Customer Billing Profiles & +ADD

Select the Cycle for Yearly and which month the cycle starts on

Name your bill profile

Save

**If you offer multiple annual profiles, we recommend naming based on the cycle. Example: Jan - Dec / Feb - Jan / Mar - Feb, etc. Your customers will not see the name of these cycles.

We recommend building a new priced service to match the yearly bill cycle.

For example: if you have a 1xw Residential Collection based on Monthly price at $35 a month, the system will not automatically charge 12 times this amount. You will need to create a new priced service with the annual rate $420
