Permanently Change Recurring Day from route manager

This option will allow you to permanently change a service day from the route instead of the configured service on the customer detail page.

** PLEASE NOTE: AT THIS TIME THIS FEATURE ONLY WORKS FOR WEEKLY ROUTING, WHERE THE SERVICE IS 1 - 6 TIMES PER WEEK **

From the Route Manager, select the bulk option and select Permanent Change Recurring Day

Select the Route (the only option on recurrence is weekly), select the from date and the to date

** Example: I will be selecting stops from the Friday route and permanently moving to Monday route **

You can select the stop(s) by selecting the check box next to the sequence or by drawing a box around the stops to move. To draw the box, hold the COMMAND & SHIFT button down while using your mouse to draw the area.

Once the stops are selected you want to move, select the Move -> button

Confirm the position within the sequence where you want these stops to start

Select Save

You will be asked to confirm the changes

The selected stops will now be permanently changed moving forward.

If you need to change the route the stop is on, you can do this after saving the recurring day.
