  1. To add a service to a customer's account, you must first have created the global service in the 'Pricing' section

2. Then, under the 'Services' section of the account, click [+ New Service]

3. If adding a one time service, be sure to switch the Recurrence search criteria from 'Recurring' to 'On Request'

Note: On Request services will only appear once the switch has been made.

4. There are multiple ways to narrow down services shown.

A. If the name of the service is known, the 'Select a service' search field will be the fastest.

B. The entire area under the line is also search criteria. This area is not required to filter results, with the exception of the 'Recurrence' selection.

***NOTE: MAKE SURE THE SERVICE BEING SELECTED HAS A PRICING PERIOD THAT MATCHES THE ACCOUNT'S BILLING PROFILE.***

5. Once you've found and selected the service, click 'Next Step' (or 'Schedule').

6. Fill out the 'Schedule' specific information.

A. Start Date - this will start creating work orders for billing & routing purposes.

B. Billing Start Date - if a different billing start date is required, toggle on 'Different Billing Dates' and select the date from the calendar picker in the field below.

C. Select the day of the week the recurring service will take place.

D. Price - if the customer requires a different price than what is set in the global priced service, that can be updated here without any impact on any other customers' pricing.

7. If the service has a container number connected, click 'Advance' and enter the container number.

Otherwise, click 'Create'.
