**The default within the system will remain Proration Enabled**

Proration for Suspended accounts can be Enabled or Disabled on an individual account level or within an account group.


To Disable / Enable proration on an individual account -

Select the 3 dots in the upper right hand corner of the Customer's Profile

Select Settings -

Select the Suspension setting specific for that customer and save -


To Disable / Enable proration on an account group or aging bucket -

Select the 3 dots in the upper right corner of the Group
