You can use the CSV import feature to upload all of your contractors at once or add them one by one from the My Contractors page

Who can access Contractors in the HazardCo Hub?

  • Companies on the Complete or Premium plan

    • Pre-qualification only available on the Complete plan

  • Users with role of Hub Admin or Hub Users

Step-by-step guides

Adding Contractors one at a time

  1. Click on My Contractors in the left hand menu

  2. Click on the blue "Add contractor" button in the top right corner

  3. Select the "Add a contractor" option and click the "Next" button.

  4. Fill out the form by adding the contractors details.

    Note: If you're on the Complete plan then you have the option to send Pre-Qual requests to your newly added contractors. You can skip this and send a pre-qual later from the My Contractors screen, by clicking the "Add Contractor" button.

  5. The newly added contractor will show a "New" tag next to their record in your Contractors list.


Using the CSV import to add all of your contractors at once

  1. Click on My Contractors in the left hand menu

  2. Click on the blue "Add contractor" button in the top right corner

  3. Select the "Upload a CSV" option and click the "Next" button

  4. Download and open the CSV file (CSV is a type of spreadsheet file).

    In a spreadsheet tool (e.g. Excel or Google Sheets) you'll need to enter the following required fields for each of your contractors: First Name, Last Name, Email, Company Name. Optionally you can add a Phone Number for each record as well.

  5. Upload your CSV file with your contractor data saved in it, the system will check the data to ensure there are no issues before it's added.

    If there are any issues the system will flag this for you to review. Common issues are missing required fields or email addresses already existing in your Contractors list.

    If your contractor data is correct then click the "Next" button to import it.

  6. If you're on the Complete plan then you'll be given the option to send Pre-Qual requests to your newly added contractors. You can skip this step if you want to do this later.

  7. All of the newly added contractors will show a "New" tag next to them in your Contractors list.
