The Multi-Teaser component serves as a visual teaser element to link to subpages or other content. It combines text, media, and a separate linking option within a structured card layout.
After adding it via the Plus icon in the page editor, you can:
show or hide a headline
show or hide a subheadline
define the view type of the items (Grid or Carousel)
Display: Grid or Carousel
In Grid view, a new row is typically created automatically after the fourth item.
In Carousel view, usually four items are displayed at the same time, with additional items accessible through horizontal navigation.
The choice of view type depends on the page layout and the number of teasers.
Visual Structure of the Items
For the visual presentation, you can globally select one of the following options within the component:
Empty Image / Video Icon
When choosing Image, Video, or Icon, the selection is made via the media library.
Media can be uploaded, cropped, and adjusted in focus.
If “Empty” is selected, the teaser cards consist of text only.
Structure of a Multi-Teaser Item
Each item can include:
a headline
an optional copy text (managed via a rich text editor, can be shown or hidden)
a separate link below the text section
The link is not part of the copy text but is defined as an independent link function.
All standard linking options are available.
Important Note on Text Length
There is no character limit for the copy text.The component automatically adjusts its height — longer texts will result in taller teaser cards.
If the Multi-Teaser component is primarily used as a short teaser for subpages, it is recommended to keep the text concise.
Additional Options
An unlimited number of items can be added.
A color scheme can be applied to the entire component.
