User Overview / User Management

Manage existing users, review their status and last login, adjust roles and groups, and control invitations centrally via the user overview in the dashboard.

In the Users section of the dashboard, you can not only create new users (see article Add User), but also manage all existing users.

The user overview provides a structured list of:

  • Name

  • Email address

  • Status

  • Last login

  • Role

From here, you control changes, invitations, and password resets.

Understanding the Overview

The table includes the following columns:

  • First and last name

  • Email address

  • Status
Indicates whether the user has verified their invitation.

  • Last login
Shows when the user last logged in.

  • Role
    Standard roles:

    • Company Admin

    • Company User
Additional roles are explained in the separate Roles article.
