Page Management

Manage all pages of your project, open them in the editor, filter content, and sort the overview by different criteria.

Important Note

The homepage of your project is a system page.
It cannot be created or selected in the regular page list.

You can find and edit the homepage via:

Burger menu → Pages → System

There you can open the homepage and edit it in the editor.


Explanation

In the page management area you can view and manage all pages of your project. Here you can:

  • open and edit pages

  • create new pages

  • view page status and group assignments

  • sort and filter pages

You can access page management via Burger menu → Pages.

The overview is divided into two sections:

  • Article – all regular pages in your project

  • System – predefined system pages


Page Overview Structure

Pages are displayed in a list. For each page the following information is shown:

  • Page title

  • Group assignment

  • Last modified date

  • Publication date

A colored dot indicates whether a page is published.


Sorting the Overview

The order of the pages can be changed at any time.

Click on one of the column headers:

  • Title

  • Group

  • Modified

  • Published

Clicking a column header sorts the list in ascending or descending order.


Search Pages

Use the search field in the top right to find specific pages.

The search scans the available page titles.


Filter Pages

On the left side you can apply additional filters.

Page Status

Use Page Status to filter pages by their current status.

Trash

Under Pages in Trash, deleted pages are displayed.

Deleted pages can be restored from here.

Group Filter

Use Filter by Groups to display pages based on their group assignment.

Attribute Filter

If attributes are configured in the dashboard (for example Author, Topic, or Category), they will also appear as filters in the page management.

This allows you to filter pages based on their attribute values.

Open and Edit a Page

To edit a page:

  1. Click on the page title

  2. The page opens in the editor

  3. Edit the page content or settings

Components are added in the editor using the plus icon.


Create a New Page

Use the plus icon at the top of the page overview to create a new page.

System Pages

In addition to regular pages, there are system pages that handle core system functions.

These pages are automatically created and can be customized.

Examples of system pages include:

  • Homepage

  • Login page

  • 404 page

  • User profile page

  • Search page

Tips & Tricks

  • Use sorting by Modified to quickly find recently edited pages.

  • Use group and attribute filters if your project contains many pages.

  • Use clear page titles so pages are easier to find.
