The Media Archive contains all files used within a project. These include images, videos, documents, and other media.
Files can be uploaded, organized, searched, and used within pages or components. The Media Archive is project-based. Media files are available immediately after upload and do not need to be published.

Select the file you want to upload.
The file will be stored in the Media Archive and can be used immediately.
Typical image formats, videos, and documents such as PDF, PPT, or DOC are supported.
Link a Cloud File
Click the Link icon.

Insert the public link to the cloud file.
Define the time of day when the file should synchronize automatically.
This feature is useful for cloud documents such as Google Sheets that are updated regularly. The file must be publicly accessible in order to synchronize.
Organize Media
Create folders if needed.

Folders can also be nested.
A file can only exist in one folder.
File Options
Within the file options, metadata, tags, and access settings can be adjusted.
You can also see on which pages a medium is used and navigate directly to those pages.
An existing file can also be replaced
without changing its existing references.
Delete a File
If a file is deleted from the Media Archive, it will also be removed from all components where it is used. A placeholder will appear in those locations, indicating that the image source is missing.
Access via User Roles
Media can be assigned to specific user roles. This restriction only applies to logged-in users.
Tips & Tricks
Plan a clear folder structure for larger projects.
Use tags to find media more quickly.
Optimize large files before uploading.
