Accessing Health Note Dashboard from AthenaNet

From the AthenaNet menu bar click on Apps. From the menu that drops down look for and click on Health Note. This will open the full Health Note dashboard.

Accessing Health Note Dashboard Patient Records from AthenaNet

In AthenaNet navigate to the patient Quickview as shown below. Next in the Quickview screen scroll down to the section marked Chart Home/Links/Care Summary. Click on Health Note to view the Health Note Dashboard with that patient’s record open.

Accessing Health Note Dashboard Appointment Record from AthenaNet

In AthenaNet navigate to the following for the patient: Quickview > Clinicals Menu > Chart. Once in the Chart screen look for this menu button and click it. In the menu that drops down click on Third-party applications. Then click on Health Note just below the search field. This opens the Health Note dashboard showing the current appointment.

Account Not Connected

If you see Screen 1 below it means that your Account or currently logged-in Department is not connected to Health Note.

Connect your AthenaNet account to Health Note by simply clicking on the Request to AddDepartment / Location Access button and we will contact you soon after to finish setting up your account.
