Step 1:
Open up your Kiosk to the main Check-In page, which should be the default when signing in. Double-click on the numbers on the top right of your screen.
Step 2:
From the menu pictured below, click on "Clinic Mode" to assign individual forms without an associated appointment.
Step 3:
Type in the patient's ID to select which forms you would like to assign.
Step 4:
Select the forms you would like the patient to fill out and/or sign, and then click "Continue". When prompted, select "Start" to begin the questionnaire.
Step 5:
Once you select "Start" in Step 4, you will see the screen pictured below. Select "Continue" if the patient is able to fill out their paperwork, and then hand the iPad to the patient to complete the questionnaire.
This will create an 'Encounter' in the dashboard but there will be no bell, as there will be no associated appointment and cannot be checked-in. All information and forms will sync automatically upon completion.
