When you place your order, the order is sent through to the pharmacy.
Once the pharmacy has received approval from your GP, they should mark the order as ready so that you receive a notification that your order is ready for collection or delivery.
If you have not heard anything since placing your order, it may be that the pharmacy has not marked your order as ready yet.
In this case, we would recommend contacting the pharmacy to see if your order is ready, or contact our support team who will be able to contact them on your behalf.
