To order your repeat prescription, please follow the below steps:
Go to the ‘Prescriptions’ tab at the bottom of the screen
Click ‘Create new order’
If it is your first time placing an order, you will be asked whether you pay for your prescriptions or whether you are exempt
Tick the box on the right hand side next of the medicine(s) that you would like to order
Click ‘Continue’
You will then need to choose whether you would like to collect your prescription from the pharmacy, or whether you would like your prescription to be delivered.
If you opt for collection, you will then be taken to a summary of your order.
If you pay for your prescription and your pharmacy offers mobile payment, you may be prompted to add in a payment method by selecting ‘Choose payment method’
From here, you will have the option ‘Add a note to GP’ if necessary
Then select ‘Place order’
If you opt for delivery, you then need to select your delivery address. You will then be taken through to a summary of your order.
If your pharmacy charge for delivery, you will need to add in a payment method by selecting ‘Choose payment method’
You will also have the option to ‘Add a note to GP’ or ‘Add a delivery note’ if necessary
Then select ‘Place order’
You will then be given the option to set up an order schedule if required
Please note, not all pharmacies offer a delivery service. Delivery charge varies depending on the pharmacy.
