How do I book an appointment?
You can view and book appointments via the Healthera app for services offered by your pharmacy.
You can do this from the 'Home' page of the app, and scrolling down to 'Book a pharmacy service', then clicking 'See all'.
From here you will be able to see a list of services that your pharmacy offers. If your pharmacy do not offer the required service, you can click 'Near me', to see a list of pharmacies that you can book an appointment for.
Search for and select your service, then select a date and time for your appointment booking.
You will receive a confirmation email and a reminder before your appointment.
How do I cancel an appointment?
If for any reason you need to cancel the appointment, you can do this via the app.
From the 'Home' page, simply click on the three dots on the appointment booking and click 'Cancel appointment'. If required, you can also reschedule your appointment, or message your pharmacy directly.
Why can't I book an appointment?
If your pharmacy does not allow booking via the app, you may see the service listed but be prompted to call the pharmacy to enquire.
You can click on the option at the bottom of the screen to do this.
You can book appointments up to 4 hours in advance. This enables the pharmacy enough time to check the system and be aware of any appointment bookings they have for that day. If you need an appointment urgently, we would recommend contacting the pharmacy directly.
