You can easily export your Contact records (clients or leads) from your HealthSherpa Medicare account to a CSV spreadsheet.
Each row will represent a unique Contact (e.g. Jane Doe).
How to export
To export your client list, click the Export link at the top right of your Clients page.
To export your lead list, click the Export link at the top right of your Leads page.
The CSV spreadsheet file will immediately download. It will include all of your clients or leads, regardless of any filters set.
Export fields
The export contains these fields:
first_name
middle_name
last_name
birth_date
type
address
address 2
city
state
zip
phone
email
medicare_number
part_a_effective
part_b_effective
medicaid_eligible
medicaid_number
extra_help
status
sex
note_1
,note_2
,note_3
This will reflect the 3 most recently created notes.
soa_status
,soa_beneficiary_signed_date
This will reflect the most recently created scope of appointment record.
drugs
This will list all drugs added for this contact, separated by a semicolon. The
ndc
value is a universal identifier.Format:
dosage_name|user_quantity|frequency|package_description|ndc
Example, two drugs:
methimazole TAB 5MG|30|30|10.6GM Inhaler|2345566;clopidogrel TAB 75MG|30|90||2345566;
pharmacies
This will list all pharmacies added for this contact, separated by a semicolon. The
npi
value is a universal identifier.Format:
name|npi
Example, three pharmacies:
walgreens|8989666;CVS|6780098;Hope Pharmacy|7887678;
providers
This will list all providers added for this contact, separated by a semicolon. The
npi
value is a universal identifier.Format:
first_name|last_name|npi
