Adding a client's doctors to HealthSherpa Medicare is now a whole lot faster.
With Provider Assist, you can add a client's full list of providers at once, and our AI will find each provider for you to review.
Ways you can add their list in:
Upload or drag and drop a screenshot from another platform or CRM
Upload or drag and drop a photo
Copy & paste text
Type text in – typos and plain language are fine.
If you've used Rx Assist for drugs, Provider Assist works the same way.

How it works
Open the Providers pop-up from the Quote sidebar, or from a Contact's page.
At the top you'll see the Provider Assist section – click into the text field.
Type or paste the client's providers, up to 10 providers max. Add whatever you know: a name, NPI, specialty, address, or "PCP". For example:

Click Find providers and the AI will look up each one.
Each line shows up as a row in the Providers table, with the provider we matched beside your original text for comparison.
Review each row – check the provider and tick the location(s) your client sees them at (details below).
Click Save on each row, or Save all to add every row that has a location ticked. You're done.
Need to add someone by hand? The + Add provider manually button below the table is always available to search for providers the normal way.
Note: This feature is available only to agents, not on the client Intake Form (for now).
Reviewing your results
Every line you enter gets its own row, so nothing gets dropped. Each row shows one of three results:
✅ We found a match – we're confident this is the provider you entered:
？Best guess match – we found a likely match, but double-check it before saving:
🚫 We couldn't find a match – click Add this provider manually to search for them yourself – we'll pre-fill the doctor's info into the search field to save you some typing.
Locations. Pick the location(s) where your client sees this provider:
If you entered an address, we tick the location that matches it.
If the provider has only one location, we tick it for you.
Otherwise, nothing is ticked – choose at least one location before you save.
PCP. If you wrote "PCP" or "Primary Care Provider" next to a provider, we tick This is my PCP for you.
Seeing the wrong provider? Click the Reject button, then use + Add provider manually to find the right one.
Tips for best results
These aren't required, but they can help get you a match:
Put each provider on its own line – or separated by semicolon, dash, etc.
Add an address when you have one – it helps us pick the right location.
NPI works too – If you have the provider's NPI, you can just enter that
Results are based on your client's ZIP code. Providers far from your client may not be found – add them manually.
Keep it under 1,000 characters. For a long list, add providers in batches.
Keep it under 10 providers. Our system only allows 10 total provider locations to be added per Contact.
