Common Reasons You Can't Find a Creator
1. Creator is not in Heepsy Database
When you put the username in Search you might see no results, simply click on the Request creator button, and we bring the creator for you instantly.
2. Restricted Account
Creator might set have some restrictions on their account, like age or region.
3. Recent Changes or Delays
If a creator just recently became eligible or changed their handle, it may take time for the data to sync with Heepsy's system.
4. Wrong account type
Make sure you signed up as Brand and not Creator type.
What to do instead
If you still want to work with that creator, you can manually add them to your list:
Use the "Add Creator" button:
Inside a project;
The left-side navigation.
Or use "Handle" search engine
Enter their username or profile link.
Click on Request button.
The only requirements are that the profile is public and the username exists.
